So, Jordan from Brick Flotilla, brought up an interesting point today.
Someone taking a new direction with Post-Apoc could be refreshing. Why not build a town full of happy people that rebuilt just fine? Why not a truck that delivers candy and/or food to people in need? That would be cool.
I want to challenge the LEGO ApocaLEGO crowd to see how they would envision a society on the mend. A couple of potential parameters to think about. Assume restoration of law and order. (no, not the TV show) . Vigilante justice would now be frowned on. Bartering is still more prevalent than it used to be due to the extended time period where currency was worthless. Houses and buildings would still show the effects and damage from the post-apocalyptic era (although the damage is slowly being repaired).
I would recommend the show Jericho for people looking for inspiration. (If you have Netflix, you can stream it on their Watch Instantly feature, and there are some episodes on IMDB.com to watch as well)
